Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg.
- Onion (sliced) 1
- Tomatoes (chopped) 3
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp.
- Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp.
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp.
- Whole coriander (roasted & crushed) 1tsp.
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp.
- Green chillies 6
- Fresh coriander 1 cup
- Oil 3 tbsp.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add onions.
- Fry till gets brown.
- Add chicken mince, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
- Mix, cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Put roasted crushed coriander, fresh coriander, green chillies and salt.
- Cover and cook for another 5 minutes or till it gets dry.
- Serve with paratha or chapatti.
