Chicken 65


  1. Boneless chicken ½ kg.
  2. Red color a pinch
  3. Chili powder 1 tsp.
  4. Crushed red pepper 1 tsp.
  5. Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp.
  6. Salt ½ tsp.
  7. Corn flour 2 tbsp.
  8. Oil for fry

        Ingredients for Masala:

  1. Chili garlic sauce 2tbsp.
  2. cumin seeds 1 tsp.
  3. Curry leaves 10
  4. Green chilies (cut lengthwise) 10
  5. Onion (chopped) 1 small
  6. Chili powder ½ tsp.
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
  8.  Water ½  cup

  • Marinate boneless chicken with corn flour, a pinch of red color, chili powder, salt and crushed red pepper.
  • Mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Now fry marinated chicken in oil as required.
  • Heat oil in a wok.
  • Add chopped onion, cumin seeds and  ginger garlic paste and fry well.
  • Now add chili powder, curry leaves, chili garlic sauce,  green chilies and fry well.
  • Lastly add ½  cup water.
  • When it boils add fried chicken.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes and serve.
