Fried Chicken Sticks


  1. Boneless chicken (cut into tiny cubes) 1/2 kg.
  2. Raw papaya 1 tbsp.
  3. Red chili powder 1tsp.
  4. All spice powder (garam masala powder) 1/2 tsp.
  5. Salt 1/2 tsp.
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp.
  7. Beaten eggs 2
  8. Bread crumbs as required
  • Marinate chicken cubes with red chili powder,  raw papaya,  ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder,  salt and leave it for 30 minutes
  • Then insert them on wooden skewers.
  • Coat with bread crumbs.
  • Dip in beaten eggs.
  • Deep fry till light golden.
  • Serve with mint raita or chutney.
