Easy and quick egg drop soup

A simple soup prepared with just egg as the key ingredient.


  1. Water 4 cup
  2. Cornstarch 1 tbsp.
  3. Water 1/2 cup
  4. Chicken Cubes 4
  5. Eggs (beaten) 2
  6. Spring Onions, chopped


  •  In a small saucepan, whisk together the cornstarch and ½ cup of water.
  •  Add the 4 cups of water and chicken cubes.
  •  Cook over medium heat until the cubes dissolves.
  •  Slowly add the egg, stirring constantly until the eggs are cooked and the soup is heated through.
  •  Serve garnished with chopped green onion.
