A simple soup prepared with just egg as the key ingredient.
- Water 4 cup
- Cornstarch 1 tbsp.
- Water 1/2 cup
- Chicken Cubes 4
- Eggs (beaten) 2
- Spring Onions, chopped
- In a small saucepan, whisk together the cornstarch and ½ cup of water.
- Add the 4 cups of water and chicken cubes.
- Cook over medium heat until the cubes dissolves.
- Slowly add the egg, stirring constantly until the eggs are cooked and the soup is heated through.
- Serve garnished with chopped green onion.
