Breaded fish finger

These breaded fish fingers gives us a tender taste of the delicious red snapper fillet coated with crispy bread crumbs very light and easy to cook . These are absolutely perfect for lunch. Served with tartare sauce.


  1. Red snapper fillet, cut into finger size 1kg
  2. Bread crumb 1 cup
  3. Beaten egg 1
  4. Lemon 1
  5. Salt 1tsp
  6. Corn flour 1 1/2 tsp
  7. Oil for frying


  • Marinate the fish finger with salt, egg, corn flour, lemon juice.
  • Coat the marinated finger with bread crumb.
  • Heat the oil in a pan.
  • Fry it until golden.
