These breaded fish fingers gives us a tender taste of the delicious red snapper fillet coated with crispy bread crumbs very light and easy to cook . These are absolutely perfect for lunch. Served with tartare sauce.
- Red snapper fillet, cut into finger size 1kg
- Bread crumb 1 cup
- Beaten egg 1
- Lemon 1
- Salt 1tsp
- Corn flour 1 1/2 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Marinate the fish finger with salt, egg, corn flour, lemon juice.
- Coat the marinated finger with bread crumb.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Fry it until golden.
