Boiled rice


Ingredients:

  1. Rice 1 cup
  2. Water 3 cups
  3. Salt 2 tbsp

Method:

  • Soak rice for about half an hour.
  • Boil the water in a pan.
  • When it starts to boil wash, add soaked rice and salt.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Strain in a colander.
  • Again transfer the rice in a pan.
  • Cover and lower the heat.
  • Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Take out in a dish and serve.
