Gobi aloo ki sabzi


Ingredients:

  1. Onions (sliced) 3
  2. Tomatoes (sliced) 4
  3. Cauliflower 2 cups
  4. Potatoes (cut into cubes)  2
  5. Green chilies 6
  6. Red chili powder 1 1/2 tsp.
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp.
  8. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp.
  9. Salt 1 tsp
  10. Oil 1/2 cup
  11. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method: 

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry onions till get light brown.
  • Add tomatoes, red chili powder, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Cook till the tomatoes are soft and oil separates.
  • Add cauliflower and potatoes,
  • Mix, cover and cook on low heat for ten minutes.
  • Now put green chilies and cook for another 10 minutes put little water if required.
  • Take out in a dish, garnish with coriander and serve.
