Ingredients:
- Sea bream fish 1 kg
- Vinegar 1/2 cup
- Egg 1
- Gram flour (Besan) 2 tbsp.
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp.
- Red chili crushed 1 tbsp.
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp.
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp.
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp.
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp.
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp.
- Chat masala 1 tbsp.
- Oil for frying
Method:
- In a bowl take red chili powder, red chili crushed, turmeric powder, salt, all spice powder, gram flour, vinegar, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds and egg.
- Mix together to make a marination.
- Marinade the fish with the marination for 2-3 hours.
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Deep fry the fish until cook and gets crispy.
- Take out in a platter sprinkle chat masala and serve.
