Lahori fried Sea bream


  1. Sea bream fish 1 kg
  2. Vinegar 1/2 cup
  3. Egg 1
  4. Gram flour (Besan) 2 tbsp.
  5. Red chili powder 2 tbsp.
  6. Red chili crushed 1 tbsp.
  7. Salt 1 1/2 tsp.
  8. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp.
  9. Turmeric powder 1 tsp.
  10. All spice powder 1/2 tsp.
  11. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp.
  12. Chat masala 1 tbsp.
  13. Oil for frying


  • In a bowl take red chili powder, red chili crushed, turmeric powder, salt, all spice powder, gram flour, vinegar, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds and egg.
  • Mix together to make a marination.
  • Marinade the fish with the marination for 2-3 hours.
  • Heat oil in a wok.
  • Deep fry the fish until cook and gets crispy.
  • Take out in a platter sprinkle chat masala and serve.
