Mint raita


Ingredients:

  1. Mint leaves 1/2 cup
  2. Green chilies 2
  3. Garlic 2 cloves
  4. Yogurt 1 cup
  5. Salt 1/4 tsp.

Method:

  • Grind mint leaves, green chilies and garlic into a fine paste.
  • Whisk yogurt and add salt.
  • Put the grinded paste into yogurt and mix.
  • Serve with samosas, biryani, chicken karahi etc.
