Chicken Henny Penny


  1. Chicken boneless (cut into small pieces) 1 cup
  2. Mushrooms (canned) 1 can
  3. Onion (finely chopped) 1
  4. Green chillies (finely chopped) 2
  5. Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp.
  6. Fresh cream 1 packet
  7. White pepper 1/2 tsp.
  8. Salt  1 tsp.
  9. Butter 2 tbsp.
  10. Oil 1 tsp.


  • In a pan put butter and oil.
  • Add onion and fry till it gets translucent.
  • Put chicken and fry till cooked.
  • Add green chillies, tomato ketchup and mushrooms.
  • Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Now add salt and white pepper, mix cook for another minute.
  • Close the fire and add fresh cream.
  • Take out in a dish serve with rice.
