Grilled chicken wings


  1. Chicken wings 1 kg.
  2. Chili garlic sauce 1 cup
  3. Soy sauce 4 tbsp.
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp.
  5. Honey 1 tbsp.
  6. Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp.
  7. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp.
  8. Salt 1/2 tsp.


  • In a small bowl mix together chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, crushed red chili, black pepper and salt.
  • Add chicken wings and mix.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Grill covered, over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning and brushing occasionally with reserved marinade.
