Mince with eggs (Anda Ghotala)


An easy quick dish which can be even prepared with left over mince.

Ingredients for mince:

  1. Mince mutton 1 cup
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
  3. Red chili powder 1 tsp.
  4. Salt 1/2 tsp.
  5. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp.
  6. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp.
  7. Onion (sliced) 1
  8. Tomatoes (finely chopped) 1
  9. Oil 1/2 cup

Ingredients for eggs:

  1. Eggs (beaten) 6
  2. Fresh coriander 1 tbsp.
  3. Green chilies (chopped) 3
  4. Salt 1/4 tsp.

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add onions and fry till golden brown.
  • Put mince mutton and ginger garlic paste.
  • Fry for 2 minutes.
  • Then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
  • Cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
  • Add tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes are soft, water dries and oil separates.
  • Beat eggs with salt.
  • Pour it on the mince.
  • After 1 minute mix it.
  • Sprinkle fresh coriander and chopped green chilies and mix.
  • Take out in a serving dish and serve.
