Ice cream jelly cream


  1. Vanilla ice cream 1 ltr.
  2. Strawberry jelly 1 pkt.
  3. Fresh cream 1 pkt.
  4. Wafers biscuits 1 pkt.


  • Boil 2 cups of water in a sauce pan.
  • Empty all the contents of the jelly packet in a boiling water,stir till dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture into a mould or in a bowl.
  • Allow to set for 30 to 45 minutes at room temperature or cool in a refrigerator.
  • Separate jelly from the sides with a knife, gently shake and invert mould carefully over a plate.
  • Cut it into small pieces.
  • Now take out 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in a serving bowl.
  • Put few pieces of jelly.
  • Pour fresh cream on top.
  • Put wafers on the side and serve.
