Sev bhaji


Ingredients:

  1. Sev 1/2 kg.
  2. Onions (sliced) 2
  3. Tomatoes (sliced) 2
  4. Green chillies (whole) 4-5
  5. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp.
  6. Salt 1/2 tsp.
  7. Oil 3 tbsp.
  8. Fresh coriander for garnishing

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan add onions.
  • Fry till turns light brown.
  • Add tomatoes, red chili powder and salt.
  • Cook till the tomatoes are soft and oil comes up.
  • Add sev, green chillies and 1/4 cup water.
  • Mix, cover and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes or till the sev gets soft.
  • Take out in a serving dish.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  • Serve with crusty bread.
