Stir fry chicken with spinach


  1. Boneless chicken (cut into small pieces) 1/2 kg.
  2. Spinach leaves 1/2 kg. or 1 bunch
  3. Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
  4. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp.
  5. Chicken powder 1 tsp.
  6. Chicken stock 1 cup
  7. Corn flour 1 tbsp.
  8. Green chillies crushed 1 tbsp.
  9. Garlic crushed 1 tsp.
  10. Ginger crushed 1 tsp.
  11. Oil 1 tbsp.


  • Heat oil in wok.
  • Add ginger, garlic and green chillies.
  • Fry for few seconds.
  • Add chicken and cook till done.
  • Then put spinach and add chicken stock, oyster sauce, soy sauce and chicken powder.
  • Cook till it starts to boil.
  • Dissolve corn flour in little water and add it to the chicken.
  • Cook till it gets thick.
  • Take out in a serving dish and serve with egg fried rice or boiled noodles.
