Stir-fry Okra (Fried Bhindi)


Ingredients:

  1. Okra (cut into small pieces) 1 kg.
  2. Red chilli crushed 1 tsp.
  3. Salt 1/2 tsp.
  4. Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp.
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp.
  6. Oil 2 tbsp.

Method:

  • In a wok heat oil.
  • Put ginger garlic paste and fry for few seconds.
  • Add okra, red chilli crushed, salt and cumin seeds.
  • Stir and fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Take out in a serving dish.
  • Serve with chappati or naan.
