Aloo bhujia


Ingredients:

  1. Potatoes (cut in small pieces) 6-8
  2. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp.
  3. Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp.
  4. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp.
  5. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp.
  6. Whole mustard seeds 1/2 tsp.
  7. Salt 1 tsp.
  8. Fresh coriander 1 tbsp.
  9. Green chillies (chopped) 1 tsp.
  10. Curry leaves few
  11. Oil 3 tbsp.

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • When mustard seeds starts to crackle add potatoes, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, chaat masala, fresh coriander and green chillies.
  • Mix, cover and cook on low flame for 20-30 minutes.
  • Take out in a dish and serve.
