Chicken mince (Chicken keema)


Ingredients:

  1. Chicken mince 1/2 kg.
  2. Onion (sliced) 1
  3. Tomatoes (chopped) 3
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
  5. Salt 1 1/2 tsp.
  6. Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp.
  7. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp.
  8. Whole coriander (roasted & crushed) 1tsp.
  9. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp.
  10. Green chillies 6
  11. Fresh coriander 1 cup
  12. Oil 3 tbsp.

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add onions.
  • Fry till gets brown.
  • Add chicken mince, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
  • Mix, cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Put roasted crushed coriander, fresh coriander, green chillies and salt.
  • Cover and cook for another 5 minutes or till it gets dry.
  • Serve with paratha or chapatti.
