Ingredients:
- Vermicelli 1pkt. or 150g.
- Cardamons 2
- Sugar 1 1/2 tbsp.
- Sweet condensed milk 1/2 can
- Full cream milk 1 1/2 cup
- Oil or ghee 3 tbsp.
- Almonds for garnishing
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the vermicelli and stir until its almost golden brown in colour.
- Remove from fire.
- Add milk, sugar, condensed milk and cardamons.
- Put pan back on fire and stir until the milk dries up.
- Pour into a greased glass container.
- Sprinkle almonds on top.
- Allow to cool.
- Cut into square.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream or fresh cream.
