Bohri Fried Chops (Fried Mutton Chops)


  1. Mutton Chops 1 kg.
  2. Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp.
  3. All spice powder (Garam masala powder) 1 tsp.
  4. Salt 1 1/2 tsp.
  5. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp.
  6. Water 3-4 cups
  7. Bread crumbs 2 cups
  8. Eggs 3
  9. Oil for deep frying


  • Add chops, water, red chilli powder, all spice powder, ginger garlic paste and salt in a pan.
  • Boil till water dries and chops get tender.
  • Coat the chops with bread crumbs.
  • In a bowl take eggs, salt and pepper.
  • Beat them.
  • Dip chops in the beaten egg.
  • Deep fry them till golden.
  • Serve with green chutney.
