Simple Egg Sandwich


Ingredients:

  1. Egg 1
  2. Salt a pinch
  3. Black pepper powder 1/8 tsp.
  4. Bread slices 2
  5. Butter
  6. Oil 1 tsp.

Method:

  • Break the egg in a bowl.
  • Add salt and black pepper.
  • Whisk.
  • In a frying pan put oil and fry the egg.
  • Take out in a dish.
  • Spread butter on bread slices.
  • Put fried egg on the bread slice.
  • Cover with the other slice.
  • Heat the sandwich from both the sides in the frying pan.
  • Cut diagonally and serve.
