Stir fried Tofu with Vegetables


Ingredients:

  1. Tofu (cut into small cubes) 1 pkt
  2. Carrot (cut lengthwise) 1
  3. Cabbage (cut into cubes) 1 cup
  4. Peas (boiled) 1/2 cup
  5. Green beans (cut into 1 inch pieces) 1/2 cup
  6. Capsicum (cut into cubes) 1
  7. Zucchini (cut into  half lengthwise)1 medium
  8. Ginger (julienne) 1 tbsp.
  9. Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp.
  10. Oil 1 tbsp.
  11. Vinegar 1 tbsp.
  12. Soy sauce 2 tbsp.
  13. Sugar 1 tsp.
  14. Sesame seed oil 1 tsp.

Method:

  • Heat oil in a wok.
  • Add carrots, tofu, onion and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • Add green beans, peas, zucchini and sugar and stir-fry for another minute.
  • Pour in soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce and sesame oil and stir-fry for a further minute or until vegetables are just tender.
  • Stir-fry for 10 seconds, then remove from heat.
  • Take out in a dish and serve with boiled rice or noodles.
