Brain Masala


Ingredients:

  1. Calf’s brain 1
  2. Onions (chopped) 3
  3. Tomatoes (chopped) 4
  4. Green chillies (chopped) 3
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp.
  6. All spice powder 1/2 tsp.
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
  8. Salt 1 tsp.
  9. Dried fenugreek 1 tsp.
  10. Oil 4 tbsp.

Method:

  • Heat oil in pan.
  • Add onions and fry till light brown.
  • Now put tomatoes, red chilli powder, salt and ginger garlic paste.
  • Cook till the tomatoes are soft and oil comes up.
  • Add brain.
  • Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Put chopped green chillies, all spice powder and dried fenugreek.
  • Mix and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Take out in a dish garnish with ginger and serve.
