Potato Lollipops


  1. Potatoes (boiled) 4
  2. Green chutney 2 tbsp.
  3. Salt 1 tsp.
  4. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp.
  5. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp.
  6. Egg 1
  7. Bread slices 2
  8. Sticks 12-14
  9. Bread crumbs 1 cup


  • Mash potatoes in a bowl.
  • Add green chutney, bread slices, cumin seeds, black pepper powder and salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Make cylindrical balls out of it.
  • Beat egg, add salt and pepper.
  • Dip balls in the beaten egg.
  • Then roll them in bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry until golden brown.
  • Take out in a dish.
  • Put sticks and serve.

    1. Thanks! we can add anything like mushrooms, chicken, spinach, fish, cheese, prawns etc. but potatoes will be there for binding.
