Peshawari Chapli kebab


Ingredients:

  1. Mince beef 1/2 kg.
  2. Onion (chopped) 1
  3. Tomatoes (chopped) 2
  4. Tomato (thinly sliced) 1
  5. Green chillies (chopped) 3
  6. Fresh coriander (chopped) 3 tbsp.
  7. Mint (chopped) 3 tbsp.
  8. Spring onions (chopped green part) 3 tbsp.
  9. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
  10. Red chilli crushed 1 1/2 tsp.
  11. Salt 1 tsp.
  12. Flour 2 tbsp.
  13. Egg 1
  14. Whole coriander (crushed) 1 tbsp.
  15. Pomegranate seeds (anardana) 1 tsp.
  16. Oil for frying

Method:

  • Take mince beef in a bowl.
  • Add salt, red chilli crushed, ginger garlic paste, egg, flour, crushed whole coriander, anardana, fresh coriander, mint, onion, tomatoes, spring onions and green chillies.
  • Mix well.
  • Leave for half an hour.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Make small patties of the marinated mince beef.
  • Put sliced tomato on top.
  • Shallow fry them from both the side till done.
  • Serve with naan.
