Rabri


Ingredients:

  1. Milk   2 kg.
  2. Sugar 6-8 tbsp.

Method:

  • In a pan put sugar and milk.
  • Put on fire.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Lower the heat and simmer.
  • While simmering layer of balai will come on top.
  • Take out the balai in a plate.
  • Follow this till all milk comes in a form of balai.
  • Your rabri is ready.
