Ingredients:
- Keema (Grounded beef or mutton) 1/2 kg.
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp.
- Onions (sliced) 3
- Tomatoes (sliced) 4
- Red chilli powder 2 tsp.
- Coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp.
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp.
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp.
- Green chillies 6
- Peas 1 cup
- Water 1/2 cup
- Oil 3 tbsp.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add onions and fry till light brown.
- Put keema, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and salt.
- Mix, cover and cook for 5-10 minutes or till the water dries up.
- Add tomatoes and cook until they are soft and oil separates.
- Now put peas and water.
- Cook on low heat till the peas are tender.
- Add green chillies.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Take out in a dish and serve with paratha, chappati, naan, bread or boiled rice.
