Ingredients:
- Mince beef 1 kg.
- Onion (brown and crushed) 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
- Red chilli powder 2 tsp.
- All spice powder (garam masala powder) 1 tsp.
- Salt 2 tsp.
- Coconut (grated) 2 tbsp.
- Poppy seeds 2 tbsp.
- Gram flour (besan) 2 tbsp.
- Raw papaya (grinded to paste with skin) 2 tbsp.
- Oil for frying or grilling
Method:
- Roast Poppy seeds, coconut and gram flour separately.
- Grind them together.
- In a chopper mix together mince meat, raw papaya paste , ginger garlic paste and onions.
- Take it out in a bowl.
- Add red chilli powder, salt, all spice powder and roasted grinded masala.
- Mix them and keep aside for 1 hour.
- Make thick oval shaped kebabs.
- Shallow fry or grill them on grilller.
- Take out in a dish and serve with salad and chutney.
