Spicy tender meat of Bihari boti when goes in the the mouth gives a unique taste.It’s everyone’s favorite in our house and you must try too !!!
- Beef boneless 1kg cut into small cubes
- Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp.
- Salt 2 tsp.
- Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp.
- Onion fried and crushed 1/2 cup
- Red chili powder 2 tsp.
- All spice powder (gram masala powder) 1 1/2 tsp.
- Yogurt 1/4 cup
- Whole coriander 1tbsp.
- Poppy seeds 1tbsp.
- Cumin seeds 1tbsp.
- Gram flour (besan) 1tbsp.
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Roast whole coriander, cumin seeds, poppy seeds and gram flour seperately.
- Grind them together.
- Marinade beef with raw papaya, salt, ginger garlic paste , onion crushed, red chili powder , all spice powder ,Yogurt, oil and grinded masala.
- Marinade for 4 hours.
- Put the beef onto skewers and charcoal grill or grill it on the griller.
- Give smoke of coal to flavor the beef.
- Serve with your favorite chutney and fresh salad.
