Bihari Boti

Spicy tender meat of Bihari boti when goes in the the mouth gives a unique taste.It’s everyone’s favorite in our house and you must try too !!!


  1. Beef boneless 1kg cut into small cubes
  2. Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp.
  3. Salt 2 tsp.
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp.
  5. Onion fried and crushed 1/2 cup
  6. Red chili powder 2 tsp.
  7. All spice powder  (gram masala powder) 1 1/2 tsp.
  8. Yogurt 1/4 cup
  9. Whole coriander 1tbsp.
  10. Poppy seeds 1tbsp.
  11. Cumin seeds 1tbsp.
  12. Gram flour (besan) 1tbsp.
  13. Oil 1/2 cup


  • Roast whole coriander, cumin seeds, poppy seeds and gram flour seperately.
  • Grind them together.
  • Marinade beef with raw papaya, salt, ginger garlic paste , onion crushed, red chili powder , all spice powder ,Yogurt, oil and grinded masala.
  • Marinade for 4 hours.
  • Put the beef onto skewers and charcoal grill or grill it on the griller.
  • Give smoke of coal to flavor the beef.
  • Serve with your favorite chutney and fresh salad.
