Ingredients for Noodles:
- Noodles (boiled) 1 pkt.
- Carrots (cut lengthwise) 1
- Cabbage (shredded) 1 whole
- Onion (sliced) 1
- Capsicum (cut lengthwise) 1
- Crushed red chillies 1 tsp.
- Dark soy sauce 4 tbsp.
- Vinegar 1 tbsp.
- Spring onions (chopped) for garnishing
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
- Sesame seed oil 1 tsp.
Ingredients for Sauce:
- Chilli sauce 3 tbsp.
- Tomato Ketchup 3 tbsp.
- Sesame seeds 3 tbsp.
- Garlic (chopped) 1 1/2 tsp.
- Ginger (chopped) 1 tsp.
Method For sauce:
- Grind together ginger, garlic and sesame seeds with 2 tbsp. water.
- Add chilli sauce and tomato ketchup to the grinded paste.
Method for Noodles:
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Put red chilli crushed and fry for few seconds.
- Add onions and fry for 2 minutes.
- Put grinded paste and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add carrots,cabbage and capsicums.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and vinegar.
- Mix and put boiled noodles.
- Toss so that all noodles are covered with the sauce.
- Sprinkle sesame seed oil.
- Take out in a dish.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve.
